The 2019 Offsite was designed around the theme of “Breakthrough” with thematic pillars around Strategy, Transparency, and Action – a bold growth and solutions focused approach yet still centered on our people, culture, spirit of internal/external collaboration and openness to give us inspiration . With a focus on the concept of "Growth" and creating the tagline "Together we Grow."


For this 4-day offsite we created branding and logo identity, content strategy, event programming strategy, and execution and activation. These days were filled with interactive activities, experiential events, keynote speakers, breakout strategic sessions, inspiration and tools to help achieve "Growth."

We took inspiration from the Southwest color palette and desert scenery to help inspire the branding and look of the overall design.
